STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE 

By placing an order with us, customers agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Delivery Time
  • Our standard delivery time is 30–60 minutes. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or store delays.
2. Refund Policy
  • A refund is applicable for late orders, subject to review and confirmation. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
3. Payments
  • Cash payments are not accepted for orders exceeding R150.
  • For cash payments, customers must ensure they have the exact amount, as we do not carry change.
  • Orders will not be released or delivered if payment terms are not met.
4. Order Confirmation & Responsibility
  • Customers must carefully review their order details before confirming. Once an order is confirmed, it is assumed to be accurate and approved for processing.
5. Order Cancellation
  • Orders may be cancelled before items are purchased.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once items have been purchased or dispatched.
6. General
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if terms and conditions are not adhered to, or if unforeseen circumstances arise.
